4/15 – PresentBayer Health Services, Berkeley, CA – Master Scheduler for $100 MM Lab facility construction project - develop and maintain a master P6 schedule which includes engineering, document development, procurement, construction, start up, commissioning, performance testing, and final qualification.  Responsible for establishing enterprise code structure, project WBS, converting/integrating MS project schedules, provide critical path analysis, look ahead schedules, impact analysis for deliverables – procurement of equipment and documents, along with custom layouts as needed.  Attend weekly meetings with the construction management firm to discuss construction progress, current issues, three week look ahead schedule, and project risks along with mitigation options. Daily walkdowns of the site along with photos for the construction sharepoint directory.

10/14 - 03/15Chevron, Concord, CA – Project Controller assigned to data center location projects – responsible for both schedule and cost control using Microsoft Project 2010 – weekly schedule analysis including critical path analysis , baseline variance tracking, resource allocation and leveling.  Provide reporting and tracking of project work efforts across multiple teams with a strong understanding of project scope and execution methodology.

09/12-09/14Genentech, South San Francisco, CA – Senior Scheduling Engineer assigned to project services to provide planning & scheduling services to a number of business units throughout the organization.  Provide Primavera (P6) and MS Project schedules for product production - small molecule (GMP), seismic retrofit, air handling units along with chiller equipment change out, and new building construction.  Develop fully integrated schedules and provide monthly updates/reports for all functions with project critical path analysis and risk analysis using Primavera’s Pertmaster.  Assisted in building a new P6 database along with scheduling templates with general work guidelines/instructions for the project services department.

01/12 - 08//12Gallo Winery, Livingston, CA – Project controls consultant assigned to expedite tank erection involved with a $150MM winery expansion.  Work included field tank installation, tank jacket hydro testing / recording and visual weld inspections, schedule maintenance (P6) and weekly reporting for the installation of thirty-six (36) tanks. 02/11 – 06/11Genentech, Vacaville, CA – Project controls consultant assigned to the automation project for plant manufacturing  processes – verifying/supporting earned value reporting and project analysis  with cost projections and estimate to complete for key project milestones.  Work scope includes all documentation, H/W, S/W, as well as a pilot project.  Weekly updates include all sub contract work as well as Genentech staff and consultants – produce various performance curves and earned value reports for the different elements, project work groups, and sub-contractor.

12/05 – 01/11Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, CA - Senior Cost/ Schedule Analyst - developed and maintained satellite engineering and manufacturing schedules. Produced a fully integrated master schedule - all S/W and H/W engineering, mfg. disciplines and sub-contractors. Processed weekly schedule updates and checked for variances against the baseline schedule and/or impacts to the critical path.  Prepared weekly and monthly schedule performance reports.  Ensured schedule was in compliance with corporate and government directives/policy, participated in risk mitigation meetings, and chaired demand management meetings.
