4/15 – PresentBayer Health Services, Berkeley, CA – Master Scheduler for $100 MM Lab facility construction project - develop and maintain a master P6 schedule which includes engineering, document development, procurement, construction, start up, commissioning, performance testing, and final qualification.  Responsible for establishing enterprise code structure, project WBS, converting/integrating MS project schedules, provide critical path analysis, look ahead schedules, impact analysis for deliverables – procurement of equipment and documents, along with custom layouts as needed.  Attend weekly meetings with the construction management firm to discuss construction progress, current issues, three week look ahead schedule, and project risks along with mitigation options. Daily walkdowns of the site along with photos for the construction sharepoint directory.
